Until further notice, meetings of the Central Valley School District Board of Education will continue to be held virtually. Meetings will be held at the HS Cafeteria located at 160 Baker Road Ext., Monaca, PA 15061 provided the Governor modifies his Order limiting indoor gatherings. Should the Governor not amend the order, all the meetings will be held via live stream with video. A link to view the meeting, as well as an online comment form, will be available on the School District’s website. This will provide the public with the opportunity to view the meeting live. Additionally, the meeting will be recorded and a link to the recording will be placed on the School District’s website. The Agendas will be posted on the website the day before the scheduled meetings no later than 9:00 a.m.
While meetings are held virtually, public comments will be accepted by email no later than 9:00 a.m. on the day of the meeting at [email protected] Comments must include the sender's name and home address. All emailed public comments will be made part of the agenda; however, the School District will redact the sender's personal email address information from the public agenda and minutes. Continuing while meetings are held virtually, the public comment will also be accepted using the online form during the meeting and read during the public comment areas of the Agenda either at the beginning or end, depending on if the questions are Agenda related or general. This will not be the procedure once the Governor modifies his Order.
