The Central Valley School District will once again be open to in-person public attendance at both the Work and Voting Sessions of the Board of Education. Should the Governor once again amend the capacity order, the public will be notified. The Board meetings will continue to be live-streamed for the community. A link to view the meeting will continue to be available on the School District’s website. This will provide the public with the opportunity to view the meeting live. Additionally, the meeting will be recorded and a link to the recording will be placed on the School District’s website. The Agendas will be posted on the website the day before the scheduled meetings, no later than 9:00 a.m.
With the return of in-person meetings, comments will be taken at the beginning of the meeting for Agenda items and again at the end of the meeting for general comments. The District will discontinue the use of the online comment form. This will be the procedure going forward beginning with the June 9, 2021, Work Session, unless the Governor once again modifies capacity limits.
