Hello, my name is Shannon Istik. I have had the privilege of working in the CVHS Counseling Office for the past several years. I attended Duquesne University earning a B.A. in Psychology and an M.S.Ed. in school counseling, and I am a Nationally Certified Counselor. Before coming to Central Valley High School, I worked as a middle school counselor in Grove City. I have also worked at the collegiate level in student services. Hello! My name is Rachael Watts and I am one of the School Counselors at CVHS for students with the last names A-K. I graduated from Duquesne University with my Master's of Education in School Counseling in August 2020. Prior to my time at Duquesne, I earned a B.S. in Rehabilitation and Human Services at Penn State University. Most recently, I have worked as a school counselor in the Quaker Valley and Fox Chapel Area school districts. My goal is to help your students with their academic, career, and social/emotional development.
