 CENTRAL VALLEY VARSITY ICE HOCKEY COACH NEEDED
 
Central Valley Varsity Hockey is seeking a new head coach. The responsibilities will be to organize, direct and evaluate all phases of a competitive D2 PIHL hockey program. Primary duties include coaching, games and practice planning, scheduling, supervision of assistant coaches, monitoring academic progress of student-athletes for the hockey program within full compliance with PIHL rules and regulations.  All interested applicants, please send your information to cvwarriorshockeyclub@gmail.com by May 4th, 2018

MAC SPOTLIGHT ATHLETES 2018 

 

Central Valley School District would like to congratulate seniors Madison Hiltz and Dominic Samangy on being selected as the 2018 MAC Female and Male Spotlight Athletes. Each year the MAC (Midwestern Athletic Conference) honors student-athletes from each school who excels not only on the playing field, but in the classroom, as well. 

Madison, the daughter of Rick and Julie Hiltz of Center Township, is a four year letterwinner and captain of both the girls' soccer and basketball teams.  She will be attending Slippery Rock University in the fall.

Dominic, the son of Mike and Lisa Samangy of Monaca, is a four year letterwinner in boys' soccer, 3 years in basketball and baseball and 1 year in track.  He will be attending Syracuse University in the fall.

Madison and Dom and their families were honored at the 60th annual banquet on Wednesday, March 28, 2018 at The Fez in Hopewell.    

 
Joshua Kline Signs National Letter of Intent

JOSHUA KLINE SIGNS NATIONAL LETTER OF INTENT

TO PLAY MENS' BASKETBALL AT INDIANA TECH

 

Congratulations to Central Valley senior Joshua Kline who signed a National Letter of Intent to continue his education and basketball career at Indiana Tech in Fort Wayne, Indiana.  Josh is a 6'9" center and 3 year letterwinner for Coach Brandon Ambrose and the Central Valley Warriors.
