School Board January Voting Session Meeting Information

The Thursday, January 21, 2021, School Board Voting Session will take place in the Central Valley High School Auditorium. The meeting will be live-streamed on the District Website and as in the past, a link to view the meeting, as well as an online comment form, will be available on the School District’s website. This will provide the public with the opportunity to view the meeting live. Additionally, the meeting will be recorded and a link to the recording will be placed on the School District’s website within 2-business days after the meeting.

While meetings are held virtually, public comments will be accepted by email no later than 9:00 AM the day of the meeting at ckearns@centralvalleysd.net. Comments must include the sender's name and home address.  All emailed public comments will be made part of the agenda; however, the School District will redact the sender's personal email address information from the public agenda and minutes. Continuing while meetings are held virtually, the public comment will also be accepted using the online form during the meeting and read during the public comment areas of the Agenda either at the beginning or end, depending on if the questions are Agenda related or general.
 
In addition, we are able to accommodate up to 48 attendees in the auditorium with another 40 allowed in an overflow area.  Please note that should we reach the limit, no one will be permitted into the building. As stated above, the meeting will be live-streamed as well.
