The Central Valley School District will hold its October 14, 2020, Work Session, and Thursday, October 22, 2020, Voting Session meetings virtually, beginning at 7:00 PM. A link to the meetings will be available on the District’s website. Meetings will also be recorded and a link to the recording will be placed at the School District’s website. The Agendas will be posted on the website the day before the scheduled meetings no later than 9:00 a.m.
While meetings are held virtually, public comments will be accepted by email no later than 9:00 a.m. on the day of the meeting at firstname.lastname@example.org. Comments must include the sender's name and home address. All emailed public comments will be made part of the agenda; however, the School District will redact the sender's personal email address information from the public agenda and minutes. Continuing while meetings are held virtually, the public comment will also be accepted using the online form during the meeting and read during the public comment areas of the Agenda either at the beginning or end, depending on if the questions are Agenda related or general. This will not be the procedure once meetings are again held in person.
