Dear K-4 Families,
As we get closer to the start of school on August 31, below is a list of key information regarding the distribution of supplies and instructional materials at your child’s school. Early Childhood (PreK) families will receive separate information regarding their distribution details from the Early Childhood team.
Please use the directions listed below for your school to arrive for pick up. If you are unable to arrive during the identified times, please contact your building principal.
LOCATION DETAILS:
Boulevard: Drive or walk into the parking lot. Staff will guide you.
Fernway: Drive or walk to the entrance on Fernway/Dorchester at Door D (rear door near to the playground). Staff will guide you.
Lomond: Drive or walk up to the front of the school. Staff will guide you.
Mercer: Drive or walk up to Door D outside of the gymnasium and staff will guide you.
Onaway: Drive to the playground door and pull around the circle of cones. Staff will guide you. If you walk, please remain on the sidewalk next to the playground blacktop.
All Schools: To minimize crowding and to maintain acceptable social distancing guidelines and requirements during the pickup, please do not bring children, if possible.

These are school supplies provided by the District as identified by each grade level across the District.
Kindergarten: Wednesday, August 26, 8-10 a.m.
Grades 1-4: Thursday, August 27, 5-7 p.m. (Includes Chromebooks for our new students grades 1-4)
Instructional Toolkit:
Pick ups #1 and #2 will each have different instructional materials as needed for upcoming learning as identified by grade levels in each school. There are two options for each pick up.
Additional Instructional Toolkit distribution dates will be identified if needed.
