Please join us at the Central Valley High School Auditorium on Tuesday, October 9, 2018 at 7:00 p.m. to hear Phillip Little from the Attorney Generals office speak about Online Digital Safety.

With todays youth having access to so many different forms of digital and/or online communication such as text messaging, Instagram,, Facebook, and Snapchat, this is a must see presentation.  Everyday, children run the risk of experiencing situations which may involve cyberbullying, child exploitation, and inappropriate use of technology. Please join us on Tuesday, October 9 at 7:00 p.m. for a presentation on how to help keep our kids safe.

Students arriving at Center Grange Primary School by car should use the Drop-Off Loop located on the side of the building (near the kindergarten hallway). This area is specifically designed to keep bus and car traffic separate during student arrival and dismissal times. Students being dropped off in the morning should exit their cars from the passenger side ONLY onto the sidewalk. If you are the first car in line please pull all the way up to the Drop -Off Sign. Access to Center Grange for students via the Drop-Off Loop will be between 8:45—9:05 AM. After this time, ALL students must be brought to the school office to sign in before reporting to class. Students will be marked tardy after 9:05 AM. Students being picked up at the Parent Pick-Up Zone, will be released to this area at 3:20 PM. Please notify the school in writing if your child is going to be a Parent Pick-Up; otherwise your child will be sent home on the school bus. Parents can access the Parent Pick-Up Zone at 3:15 PM. To help maintain the safety and location of your children, ALL students must be signed out daily from the Parent Pick-Up Zone. Parking for Parent Pick-Up MUST be in the designated parking spaces not along the roadways. No Parking should occur anywhere within the loop at anytime during the school day. Your cooperation is sincerely appreciated.

We have worked extremely hard to put together bus routes and stops to meet the needs of our students in the Central Valley School District.

All bus schedules can be found here.

Please be advised that busses may run a little early or late during the first couple of weeks of school as the drivers and students get accustom to the new runs. Todd Lane students can expect delays at PM dismissal as we will be dismissing those students differently this year due to the construction project. Also, please be patient especially in the PM dismissal as Penn Dot is working on several roads throughout our community. Our primary focus is to make sure your child gets home in a safe manner, which may cause some delays.

If you have any issues over the next several days please contact Rhodes Transit, your child’s school, or me, Sam Cercone, Director of Transportation. Contact Information for Rhodes Transit, school buildings and my office are listed on the main page of the district web-site. We will make every effort to return your phone call in a timely fashion. We want your child’s riding experience to be a positive one.

Thank you and let’s have a great school year!
