Applications

The district requires a full packet of information be submitted in order to be considered or kept on file. A full packet must include but is not limited to the following:
 

• Application
• Copy of PA Certification (if applicable)
• Transcripts (if applicable)
• Praxis Test (if applicable)
• Act 34 Clearance – Criminal Record Check
• Act 151 Clearance – Child Abuse History Clearance
• Act 114 – FBI Federal Criminal History Record
