Chapel Road/Jem's Deli Transportation Notice UPDATE
Penn Dot has just informed the Central Valley School District that the project on Chapel Road by the old Jem’s Deli, has been postponed to a later date in October.  At this time, there will be NO changes to the current bus schedules.  Once a new date for the project is confirmed, we will announce that date and notify our school community of the affected bus routes.  
Facilities Feasibility Study Update
The Central Valley School District held public meetings on September 1st and September 8th to share information regarding the Facilities Feasibility Study and provide an opportunity for the community to ask questions. Attached you will find a copy of the Facilities Study conducted by Crabtree, Rohrbaugh & Associates over the past year, the presentation from the September 1st meeting and the FAQ document that addresses questions about the project. K-5 Parent Meetings
Central Valley School District is offering parent support meetings for both Math and Reading. The meetings are for the parents/guardians of students in K-5.

Central Valley School District Facility Feasibility Study
The Central Valley School District hired Crabtree, Rohrbaugh & Associates to perform a feasibility study on all of its facilities. The purpose of the feasibility study is to gather information to help guide short term and long term planning for the current and future maintenance and/or upgrades to our facilities. Information on the study will be shared with the school community through public meetings as well as through the posting of information on the District website. ATTENTION LOCAL BUSINESSES - Educational Improvement Tax Credit (EITC) Program
The Education Improvement Tax Credit Program (EITC) enables companies who do business in Pennsylvania to support an authorized Education Improvement Organization (EIO) such as Central Valley Education Foundation.  Tax credits equal to 75 percent of its contribution up to a maximum of $750,000 per taxable year. Can be increased to 90 percent of the contribution, if business agrees to provide same amount for two consecutive tax years.  Consider supporting Central Valley School Districts "IPAD" Initiative through the EITC program unique to Pennsylvania businesses.
