The Central Valley School District is currently accepting applications for Head Varsity Baseball Coach. Varsity coaching experience is preferred. The head coach will be responsible for assembling his/her coaching staff, coordinating the Varsity, JV and Middle School programswith the athletic office, as well as the off-season programs in accordance with WPIAL/PIAA regulations. Salary is according to the current contract. Please submit a letter of interest, resume, and all clearances (Act 34, 114, and 151) to:

Central Valley School District Increases in Regional School Rankings for 4th Consecutive Year
  
For the 4th consecutive year, the Central Valley School District has increased 10 spots in the regional school district rankings provided by the Pittsburgh Business Times to number 33 out of 100 school districts. Over the past five years, Central Valley has climbed 27 spots.

ATTENTION LOCAL BUSINESSES - Educational Improvement Tax Credit (EITC) Program
 
The Education Improvement Tax Credit Program (EITC) enables companies who do business in Pennsylvania to support an authorized Education Improvement Organization (EIO) such as Central Valley Education Foundation.  Tax credits equal to 75 percent of its contribution up to a maximum of $750,000 per taxable year. Can be increased to 90 percent of the contribution, if business agrees to provide same amount for two consecutive tax years.  Consider supporting Central Valley School Districts "IPAD" Initiative through the EITC program unique to Pennsylvania businesses.
